Cup Wheels
Sintered tools with segmented crowns and segments for granite; electrodeposited tools with segmented crowns for marble. Suitable for dry manual shaping, roughing and polishing. To be used on grinders. Available in diameters 100, 130 and 180, in large, medium and fine grains with fittings according to client requirements (22.2, M14, 5/8 female).
Concave discs
Tools designed for performing dry curved cuts on all types of marble and granite. Available with laser-welded segments, continuous “Turbo” crowns and lateral supports, electrolytic continuous rims and lateral reinforcements, to be used on grinders. Available in diameters 115, 125 and 180.
Diavortex
Resin diamond discs suitable for wet honing and polishing straight and shaped edges and small flat surfaces, to be used on grinders. Available in diameters 80, 100, 125 and 150 mm in grain sizes 50, 120, 220, 400, 600, 800, 1800, 3500 and 8500. Black and white buffers available too.
Laser discs
Tools suitable for dry cutting granite, concrete, asphalt and all building materials, to be used on grinders and building yard machines. Available in diameters from 105 to 400 with normal cores in diameters from 230 to 400. Silent cores also available. Holes: 22.2, 25.4, 30, 5/8 skill or M14 flange, 22.2 flange (only 180 and 230 diameters).
